One of the challenges of a daily email is making use of little pockets of time.
In a few minutes, I’m headed to a wedding but in the meantime, I wanted to get this out.
I had someone ask me for a few more details about the 1200 dollars that Greg helped me bag with his little system.
So I’ll share it right here.
I’ve written before about freelance copywriting and how I started to dip my toes in it.
Basically writing emails like this one for e-commerce businesses who don’t know quite what to say or how to say it…
So I was not a total newb when it came to offering a service.
The problem was I didn’t exactly have a list of customers lining up for my work.
But Greg did.
He has worked with a bunch ofonline businesses and has a few hundred of them who subscribe to his weekly newsletter ( which I highly recommend)
So when I hit him up we simply packaged up my email writing service into a juicy little offering for his list.
3 emails for 200 bucks.
That’s pretty much it.
We made the offer sound good and we made it relevant to Greg’s audience and next thing we knew 6 business owners swiped their cards and bought the offer.
Boom 1200 bucks.
Now, of course, it will take me some time to do the actual work but like I said before this is a real exchange of value and not some fly by night tupperware triangle scheme.
So how does this apply to you ?
Well, this strategy is all about pairing products with audiences. Maybe you have one or maybe you have the other.
Or maybe you have neither in which case you just do the “pairing” and then get a cut of all the sales…
Anyways this is the stuff Greg teaches and he does a great job of it.
A much better job than me, so if you want to learn more you can read what he has to say right here.
Have a great Saturday,
Ben
